Sinoma Overseas Successfully Signed for Sri Lanka Building Materials Distribution Center

In January 2018, Sinoma Overseas successfully signed an agreement for cooperation with the National Trade Corporation of Sri Lanka with respect to the project of Sri Lanka Building Materials Distribution Center. Meng Qinglin, Chairman of Sinoma Overseas and Party Secretary of the CPC, Zhu Linhe, Assistant General Manager, attended the signing ceremony.
 
       In the first phase of the project, the two parties will cooperate by trade, utilize the existing business premises of the partners to establish a home building materials exhibition center, and use our resource advantages and partner's local proven commercial channels to jointly develop the Sri Lankan furniture and building materials market.
 
       The successful signing of the project is a positive result of the company’s active response to China’s “Belt and Road” initiative, implementation of the Group’s "Six" worldwide development goals, and promotion of the company’s “13th Five-Year" development plan. It is another pioneering attempt for the company's innovative of business and expansion of diversified businesses. Through the development of the Sri Lanka Home Building Material Distribution Center project, the company will further enter into the construction and building materials market in Sri Lanka. With an international, professional and efficient management team, the project will definitely become bigger and successful. At the same time, it offers a good opportunity for the company to seize the strategic layout in South Asia, expand its influence in the country, deepen the local materials and international project contracting market, enlarge the company’s market share locally and in the neighboring countries and regions, and to promote further transformation and upgrading of the company’s business.
